  • The amount of wind at your location – the more better. This depends on where you live in the UK as well as the siting or your property and surrounding obstacles
  • What are you paying for your current electricity supplies? The more you pay, the more money your wind power system will save.
  • What's your budget? Wind power systems vary widely in price – from as little as £1,500 for a small 1kW turbine up to £20,000 or more for a tall pole mounted 5kW turbine. Larger systems for bigger properties will cost more.
